Thanks for purchasing one of our themes! If you’re having trouble getting setup, we’ll do our best to answer your queries as soon as possible. We are based in the UK (GMT) so please be aware of any time difference. 

Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, and bug fixes. Regretfully we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins.

Our themes come packaged with documentation so we always recommend before asking questions to read the theme documentation in your download package. The documentation covers installation, usage, and often answers the vast majority of questions.

For support requests:

We do not offer support for any 3rd party plugins or rectification of issues occurring from using said 3rd party plugins. Support deals with installation of the theme, issues arising from using any of the packaged theme features and of course bug fixes.
